目的:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定左金丸提取物中多种成分的含量,进一步完善左金丸提取物的质量标准。方法:色谱柱:AgilentEclipseXDB-C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱;流动相A为乙腈,流动相B为0.3%磷酸三乙胺;梯度程序:0~15min,25%A→30%A,1mL/min;15~20min,30%A→55%A,1.0mL/min→0.8mL/min;20~30min,55%A→65%A,0.8mL/min→1.0mL/min;检测波长:225nm;柱温:20℃。结果:左金丸提取物中各成分含量如下:盐酸药根碱41.67mg/g、盐酸巴马汀66.06mg/g、盐酸小檗碱206.9mg/g、吴茱萸碱1.313mg/g,吴茱萸次碱1.128mg/g。结论:本方法简单可行,能够完善左金丸提取物的质量标准。
OBJECTIVE: To simultaneously determine the content of various components in Zuojin Pill extract by high performance liquid chromatography and further improve the quality standard of Zuojin Pill extract. Method: Column: Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (200mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column; mobile phase A is acetonitrile, mobile phase B is 0.3% triethylamine phosphate; gradient program: 0~15min, 25% A→30%A, 1 mL/min; 15 to 20 min, 30% A→55% A, 1.0 mL/min→0.8 mL/min; 20 to 30 min, 55% A→65% A, 0.8 mL/min→1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength : 225 nm; column temperature: 20°C. Results: The content of each ingredient in Zuojin Pill extract was as follows: jatrorrhizine hydrochloride 41.67mg/g, palmatine hydrochloride 66.06mg/g, berberine hydrochloride 206.9mg/g, evodiamine 1.313mg/g, ruthenium 1.128 Mg/g. Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible, and can improve the quality standard of Zuojin Pill extract.
