中国发展如今处于重要机遇期,这就要求中国经济转型,经济结构调整升级。在新常态下,陕西省也将迎来全面发展的新时期。但是陕西省经济的结构性矛盾仍然突出,主要存在产业结构层次低,支柱、重点行业不明显,城乡居民收入差距较大,三大产业就业结构不合理等问题。因此,推进结构调整、转变发展方式已经变得刻不容缓,也是我们当前的主要任务。
China’s development is now in an important period of opportunity, which requires China’s economic restructuring and upgrading of its economic structure. Under the new normal, Shaanxi Province will also usher in a new era of all-round development. However, the structural contradictions in Shaanxi’s economy are still prominent. The main problems are the low level of industrial structure, the lack of pillar and key industries, the large income gap between urban and rural residents and the irrational employment structure in the three major industries. Therefore, it has become urgent to push forward structural adjustment and transform the mode of development. It is also our current major task.
