目的:对厚朴七进行生药学鉴定研究。方法:利用性状、显微与理化鉴定法对该药材进行鉴定研究,确立鉴别特征。结果:其主要特征为根茎上端有鳞毛,切面有许多白色闪光小点;根茎横切面中维管束大小相间排列成断续的环状,髓部的外侧有小型异型维管束散在,根木质部四原型;根茎及根薄壁细胞中含有淀粉粒和草酸钙针晶;粉末中淀粉粒极多,草酸钙针晶成束或散在,棕色细胞单个散在或数个相连。结论:上述特征可作为厚朴七药材的鉴别依据。
Objective: To conduct Pharmacognosy identification studies on Magnolia virginiana. Methods: Characters of the medicinal materials were identified using traits, microscopic and physicochemical identification methods, and the identification characteristics were established. RESULTS: The main features of the rhizomes were scales on the top of the rhizomes and many white flash spots on the section; the size of the vascular bundles in the cross-sections of the rhizomes was arranged in an alternating ring shape, with small heterogeneous vascular bundles scattered on the outside of the pith, and four root lignes. Prototype; rhizomes and root parenchyma cells contain starch grains and calcium oxalate crystals; very large amounts of starch grains in the powder, the needles of calcium oxalate are bundled or scattered, and brown cells are scattered or connected. Conclusion: The above characteristics can be used as the identification basis of the seven medicinal materials of Magnolia officinalis.
