目的:研究常山胡柚皮水提取物的止咳祛痰作用。方法:实验组小鼠连续3 d灌胃给药后,采用氨水引咳模型小鼠,观察其咳嗽潜伏期及咳嗽次数;采用酚红排泄量法,测定实验组小鼠气管酚红排泄吸光度A值,观察其祛痰作用。结果:与空白对照组相比,实验组小鼠咳嗽次数减少,咳嗽潜伏期延长,气管酚红排泄吸光度A值明显升高(P<0.05)。胡柚10 g·kg~(-1)剂量组与阳性药物(盐酸氨溴索)组气管酚红排泄吸光度A值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常山胡柚皮水提取物具有良好的止咳祛痰作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the cough and expectorant effect of water extract of Hu Shan peony. Methods: The mice in the experimental group were given gavage for 3 consecutive days and the cough latency and number of cough were observed by using ammonia water cough model mice. The phenol red excretion was used to determine the A value , Observe its expectorant effect. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the number of cough and cough latency in the experimental group were prolonged, and the A value of tracheal phenol red excretion was significantly increased (P <0.05). There was a significant difference in the absorbance A of phenol red excretion of trachea between the 10 g · kg ~ (-1) dose group and the positive drug (ambroxol hydrochloride) group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Changshan Huyin peel water extract has a good cough expectorant effect.
