According to the Encyclopedia of Enterprise Management, “There are many reasons for the brain drain, but nothing more than the following three factors: First, the treatment is too low. The supply and demand in the labor market is subject to the “price” factor. The local flow of higher labor treatment is a natural phenomenon. Second, the organization climate. This refers to the corporate environment formed by the combination of the leadership styles, management methods, and the situation in which employees meet each other. There are many factors to create an organizational climate that makes employees willing to work with patience and dedication: the organizational structure is clear, the powers and responsibilities are clear, rewards and punishments are clear, encouragement is more than accusations, and the atmosphere is ambiguous.
