本研究在文献综述和深度访谈的基础上将影响非营利组织低碳创新虚拟研发团队隐性知识共享的因素概括为五类,并构建了非营利组织低碳创新虚拟研发团队隐性知识共享机制模型。同时,以国内187个非营利组织低碳创新虚拟研发团队为样本,对模型进行实证检验。研究发现:变革型领导、信任和自我效能对隐性知识共享有正向显著影响。其中,变革型领导的影响最大,知识的敏感性对隐性知识共享有负向显著影响。另外,非营利组织低碳创新虚拟研发团队中基于组织的自尊对隐性知识共享的正向影响不显著,这与营利组织虚拟创新研发团队是截然不同的。
Based on the literature review and in-depth interviews, this study summarizes the factors that affect the tacit knowledge sharing of low-carbon innovation virtual R & D team of non-profit organizations into five categories and constructs the tacit knowledge sharing mechanism of low-carbon innovation virtual R & D team of non-profit organizations model. At the same time, taking the 187 low-carbon innovative virtual R & D team in domestic non-profit organizations as samples, the model is tested empirically. The study found that: transformational leadership, trust and self-efficacy have a positive and significant impact on tacit knowledge sharing. Among them, the transformational leadership has the greatest impact, and the sensitivity of knowledge has a negative impact on the sharing of tacit knowledge. In addition, the positive influence of organization-based self-esteem on tacit knowledge sharing is not significant in the non-profit organization’s low-carbon innovation virtual R & D team, which is totally different from the profit-making virtual innovation R & D team.
