农村党群干群关系和谐是农村稳定发展的重要基础。在分析和探讨影响我国农村党群干群关系和谐的症结的基础上,提出了构建和谐党群干群关系的主要对策:加强基层党组织建设,提高领导能力,是构建和谐干群关系的政治保证;加强经济建设,壮大集体经济,是构建和谐干群关系的物质保证;抓好制度建设,化解社会矛盾,是构建和谐干群关系的制度保障;提高农村干群的综合素质,是构建和谐干群关系的思想保证。
The harmonious relationship between the party and the masses in the rural areas is an important foundation for the stable development of the rural areas. On the basis of analyzing and discussing the crux of the harmony that affects the relationship between the party and the masses in our country, this paper puts forward the main countermeasures to build the relationship between the party and the masses and the relationship between the cadres and the masses: strengthening the building of the grass-roots party organizations and enhancing leadership is the key to building a harmonious politics Guaranteeing; strengthening economic construction and strengthening the collective economy are the material guarantees for building a harmonious relationship between the cadres and the masses; doing a good job in building a system and resolving social conflicts are the institutional guarantees for building a harmonious relationship between the cadres and the masses; and improving the overall quality of the cadres and the masses in the countryside is to build a harmonious Ideological Guarantee of the Relationship between Cadres and Masses.
