各省、自治区、直辖市及汁划单列市计委(计经委),国务院各有关部委,各国家政策性银行及国有商业银行:为贯彻中共中央中发[1998]6号文件精神,进一步明确和规范利用国际金融组织和外国政府贷款规划及项目管理的有关程序,提高利用国外贷款水平,我委制定了《关于加强国际金融组织和外国政府贷款规划及项目管理暂行规定》。
The relevant departments and commissions under the State Council, the state policy banks and state-owned commercial banks: To further clarify and standardize the implementation of the document No. 6 [1998] issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, Utilizing the relevant procedures of loan planning and project management of international financial organizations and foreign governments and raising the level of utilizing foreign loans, the IARC has formulated the Provisional Regulations on Strengthening Loan Planning and Project Management of International Financial Organizations and Foreign Governments.
