本文用ICP法对化工机械制造工业中常用防腐蚀涂料——氯铱酸中八个杂质元素的测定进行了研究,主要进行了基体效应和酸效应等方面的研究,取得了满意的结果。元素的测定范围:铝、铁、铜、锰、钙、镁为每毫升0.1微克到10微克;铅、锌为每毫升1微克到100微克。加入回收结果令人满意。相对标准偏差为0.2-2%。
In this paper, the ICP method for the determination of eight impurity elements in the common anti-corrosion coatings-chloro-iridium acid in the chemical machinery manufacturing industry was studied. The main effects of matrix and acid were studied and satisfactory results were obtained. The determination of elements: aluminum, iron, copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium 0.1 micrograms per milliliter to 10 micrograms; lead, zinc 1 microgram per milliliter to 100 micrograms. Recycling results are satisfactory. The relative standard deviation of 0.2-2%.
