海洋油气采集、运输主要是由多相流管道完成,多相流管道检测问题一直是管道安全的难点。基于声波传感技术有诸多优点,对声波传感技术在多相流管道泄漏检测的应用情况进行了研究。首先通过文献调研,总结了基于声波传感技术的管道泄漏检测研究现状,然后通过气液两相流管道的声波法泄漏检测认知实验和对声波传感器采集的实验数据进行初步处理,验证声波传感技术在多相流管道泄漏检测的可行性。实验结果发现:在不同的流型条件下,采集到的泄漏声波信号特征不同,但都具有第一峰值、第二峰值特征,可以利用求信号平均幅值、均方值以及分段积分的方法来判断管道泄漏与否,并利用信号的互相关性实现泄漏定位。最后探讨了声波传感技术在多相流管道检测中的研究和发展方向。
