热处理条件对钙钛矿相析出行为的影响

通过淬火方法研究了钙钛矿的结晶过程,在光学显微镜下观察到于1420℃开始析出钙钛矿晶体.熔化温度及降温速率对钙钛矿结晶量和晶粒度有重要影响,熔化温度高和降温速率低则有助于钙钛矿结晶量的增加及晶体长大粗化. The crystallization process of perovskite was studied by quenching method, and the perovskite crystals began to be precipitated at 1420 ℃ under an optical microscope. Melting temperature and cooling rate of the perovskite crystallization volume and grain size have a significant impact on high melting temperature and cooling rate is conducive to increasing the amount of perovskite crystal growth and coarsening.
