建立健全高校领导干部廉政档案是高校纪检监察工作适应新形势、践行监督执纪“四种形态”、落实“两个责任”的时代需求,也是高校进一步推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作、落实全面从严治党、保障高等教育综合改革顺利进行、纯洁党员干部队伍的必要举措。通过建立健全高校领导干部廉政档案,全面加强高校领导干部廉政档案的管理和运用,对高校广大党员干部有教育、示范、警戒作用,能够有效地促进高校领导干部的廉洁从政行为。
