目的 研究准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后角膜上皮下浑浊 (haze)的原因并讨论其治疗方法。方法 将 3 0 0眼分为轻、中度近视两组 ,术后 1、3、6、12月观察haze情况。对术后 6、12月的男、女患者和术后用药的长短 ,激光光斑直径及能量所出现的haze分别进行分析。结果 轻度近视在术后 6月 ,中度近视在术后 3月时haze明显。术后 12月时 0级haze最多。结论 haze与术后时间、术前屈光度、滴眼持续时间、激光的光斑直径和能量大小有关。
Objective To investigate the causes of corneal submucosal haze after excimer laser photocoagulation and to discuss its treatment. Methods 300 eyes were divided into mild and moderate myopia two groups, 1, 3, 6, 12 months after the observation of haze. The postoperative 6th and 12th month of male and female patients and postoperative medication length, laser spot diameter and energy haze were analyzed. Results mild myopia in June after surgery, moderate myopia in 3 months after haze obvious. 0 months after the December haze up. Conclusion haze and postoperative time, preoperative refraction, duration of eye drops, laser spot diameter and energy size.
