采油井架一般在非对称的交变应力条件下工作,要求焊缝有足够的疲劳强度。从有关资料得知,在交变应力条件下工作的零件,经喷丸处理后,可以大大提高其疲劳强度,从而使其寿命提高1~4倍。另据石油部赴美考察团介绍,美国库伯公司为提高采油井架的疲劳强度,对井架采用了人工喷丸工艺。对井架进行喷丸处理的另一目的,是清理工件表面的铁锈和焊渣,以提高油漆的牢固性。对采油井架表面进行人工喷丸清理和强化,虽能得到满意的效果,但劳动条件差。为此,我们设计制造了一台通过式抛丸清理机。该机经二年多生产实际应用证实,效果十分理想。清
Oil derricks generally work under asymmetric alternating stress conditions, requiring adequate fatigue strength of the weld. From the information that the parts under alternating stress conditions, after shot peening, can greatly enhance the fatigue strength, so that its life expectancy increased by 1 to 4 times. According to the Petroleum Ministry delegation to the United States introduced the United States Cooper oil derrick to improve the fatigue strength of the derrick using manual peening process. Shot peening on the derrick another purpose is to clean the workpiece surface rust and slag to improve the paint firmness. Man-made shot peening cleaning and strengthening of the surface of the oil derrick, although satisfactory results, but poor working conditions. To this end, we designed and manufactured a through-shot blast cleaning machine. The machine after more than two years of practical application confirmed that the effect is very satisfactory. clear
