液压挖掘机的发展已经历了三十多年,机械的基本结构、作业方式和外观形状并没有显著变化。这是由于挖掘机械的基本工作原理和性能没有改变,估计到本世纪末,这三个主要方面也不会有本质性的变化。近年来,在液压挖掘机技术发展方面,主要致力于:动力和传动的改进以达到节能目的,机械应用范围的扩大和大型化以降低挖土量单位能耗和单价,电子计算机的监测和控制以改善机械作业性能,降低振动噪声以消除公害。
The development of hydraulic excavators has been going on for more than 30 years. The basic structure, working methods and appearance of the machines have not changed significantly. This is due to the fact that the basic working principles and performance of excavating machinery have not changed and it is estimated that by the end of this century, there will be no essential changes in these three major aspects. In recent years, in terms of technical development of hydraulic excavators, the main tasks are: improvement of power and transmission to achieve energy-saving purposes, expansion of the scope of application of machinery and enlargement to reduce energy consumption and unit price of earth-moving units, and monitoring and control of electronic computers.
