广义的消费者权益保护法包括所有含有保护消费者权益内容的法律、法规,具体来讲,还包括《产品质量法》、《反不正当竞争法》、《食品安全法》等等,从《消费者权益保护法》与其他有关保护消费者权益的法律法规的关系来看,在消费者权益保护问题上,《消费者权益保护法》以消费者为本位,以消费者权益为核心,以建立消费者权益保护制度为己任,是该领域的基本法,而其他相关的法律、法规、规章、司法解释则是特别法。本文以消费者权益保护制度为主旨,结合消费者权益保护的立法、司法、执法实践对其基本理论予以深入讨论证成,以试图为我国的消费者权益保护制度的完善贡献自己的绵薄之力。
