本文从编辑工作的性质、任务与特点诸方面论述责任编辑写书评的必要性及有利条件，认为责任编辑写书评既是编辑过程的延续，也是编辑过程向大众阅读过程的转移；并阐明责任编辑写书评应注意的几个问题。
This article discusses the necessity and favorable conditions of the editor responsible for compiling the book reviews from the aspects of the nature, tasks and characteristics of the editorial work. He believes that the compilation of book reviews by the responsible editors is not only the continuation of the editing process, but also the transfer of the editorial process to the public reading process. Book Review should pay attention to several issues.
