[目的]了解富顺县暗娼(FCSW)的安全套获取途径及其影响因素。[方法]横断面研究设计,采用方便抽样的策略招募调查对象,对其进行面对面问卷调查,利用重复测量的广义估计方程进行影响因素分析。[结果]共调查138人,受访者最主要的安全套获取途径依次为药店(64.49%)、业主(30.43%)和成人用品店(20.29%)。调查对象安全套获取途径的影响因素为场所档次(OR=3.961,P=0.001,95%CI=1.759～8.917)。安全套购买途径的影响因素为场所档次(OR=3.894,P=0.004,95%CI=1.551～9.777)、成为暗娼后更换的场所数量(OR=0.902,P=0.043,95%CI=0.816～0.997)。[结论]安全套的免费发放渠道在暗娼人群中的覆盖面极为有限。暗娼安全套获取途径与其所在的场所档次相关,是否选择购买安全套受到暗娼所在的场所档次、成为暗娼后更换的场所数量的影响。
[Objective] To understand the ways and influencing factors of condom acquisition in Fushun County female sex workers (FCSW). [Methods] The cross-sectional design was studied. The questionnaires were recruited by hand-sampling strategy. Face-to-face questionnaires were used to investigate the influencing factors by using the generalized estimating equation of repeated measures. [Results] A total of 138 respondents were interviewed. The main access ways for condom users were pharmacy (64.49%), homeowners (30.43%) and adult products stores (20.29%). The influencing factors of access to condoms for the respondents were grade (OR = 3.961, P = 0.001, 95% CI = 1.759 ~ 8.917). The influencing factors of the way of purchasing condoms were places (OR = 3.894, P = 0.004, 95% CI = 1.551-9.777), which was the number of places replaced after female sex workers (OR = 0.902, P = 0.043, 95% CI = 0.816-0.997 ). [Conclusion] The coverage of the free distribution of condoms in the crowd of FSWs is extremely limited. The availability of condoms for sex workers is related to the grade of the places where they are located. Whether or not they choose to buy condoms is influenced by the number of establishments where CSs are located and the number of places replaced after CSs.
