文献报导,维生素丙具有多方面的作用,仅对心脏来说,维生素丙具有改善心肌功能、增加心输出量,对抗心律失常,并对急重型克山病有显著疗效。至于维生素丙发挥这些作用的机制,目前还不清楚,推测可能是它具有直接改善心肌代谢的作用或是增加心肌血流量。又据报导,大量维生素丙可增加冠脉血流量,但冠脉血流量的增加,并不能完全反映心肌血液灌注量的改善,因为来自冠脉的血流,一部份通过毛细血管为心肌提供营养性血流,而另一部份经动——静脉吻合支流入静脉,并未营养心肌,因此观察心肌营养性血流远比观察冠脉总血流量意义更大。为此我们用放射性同位素~(86)铷(~(86)Rb)测定小白鼠心肌营养性血流的方法,观察维生素丙对小鼠心肌营养性血流的影响。
The literature reports that vitamin C has many functions. For the heart alone, vitamin C can improve cardiac function, increase cardiac output, combat arrhythmia, and have a significant effect on acute and severe Keshan disease. As for the mechanism by which vitamin C can exert these effects, it is still unclear. It is presumed that it may have a direct effect on improving myocardial metabolism or increase myocardial blood flow. It has also been reported that a large amount of vitamin C can increase coronary blood flow, but the increase in coronary blood flow does not fully reflect the improvement of myocardial blood flow, because blood flow from the coronary artery partly provides capillaries to the heart muscle. Nutritional blood flow, and the other part of the vein - anastomotic branch into the vein, no nutrient myocardium, so the observation of myocardial nutrient blood flow is far more significant than the observation of coronary blood flow. To this end, we used radioactive isotope ~ (86) 铷 ~ (~ (86) Rb) method of measuring myocardial nutrient blood flow in mice to observe the effect of vitamin C on myocardial nutrient blood flow.
