壬苯醇醚(NP-9)是一种国外常用的阴道用杀精子药物,烷苯醇醚(741)是我国目前正在批量生产,扩大使用的一种阴道用杀精子药物。两者都属于非离子型表面活性剂,它们的杀精子作用机理主要是破损精子的膜结构。为了能较好地评价这两种杀精子药物,我们应用了几种动物的精液和人的精液对这两种药物的杀精子活性作了比较研究。还采用小鼠腹腔注射途径对两种药物进行了急性毒性(LD_(50))的比较。材料和方法壬苯醇醚(NP-9):
Nonoxynol (NP-9) is a vaginal spermicidal drug commonly used in foreign countries. Alkylbenzene ether (741) is a vaginal spermicidal drug that is currently being mass-produced and expanded in China. Both belong to non-ionic surfactants, and their mechanism of spermicidal action is mainly to damage the membrane structure of sperm. In order to evaluate the two spermicidal drugs better, we compared the spermicidal activity of the two drugs using semen of several animals and human semen.
