“十五”期间,铁路货物周转量增长很快,但其在货物运输市场的份额面临下降趋势。文章从营销工作、货运服务质量、企业管理体制、货运价格体系、铁路运输能力等几方面分析了影响铁路货运市场份额下降的原因,提出了扩大货运市场份额的具体措施,即:合理应用价格策略、提高产品质量、强化品牌意识、建立职工的营销意识、建立现代化的企业管理体制、优化运力配置等。
