(一)大气温度和大气中水蒸气含量成正比。温度高,蒸气在大气中的部分压力也大,蒸气量多。夏季往往被视为转炉炼钢的不利季节,其主要原因就是夏季大气中含有较多的水分,它在转炉内升温、分解然后逸走;夺去转炉内大量热量,降低转炉的吹炼温度,增大转炉的喷溅损失,使浇注温度不够,造成钢水回炉。因此,在夏季,有些转炉车间生铁消耗量增多,碱性转炉车间尤甚。为此,本文讨论内容主要是针对侧吹碱性转炉炼钢法。
