各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市及新疆生产建设兵团财政厅(局)、交通厅(局),天津、上海市市政工程局:根据《国务院办公厅转发财政部整顿财政周转金方案的通知》(国办发[1999]1号)精神及财政部有关文件规定,特制定《车辆购置附加费周转借款回收资金使用管理办法》。现予下发,请遵照执行。
