采用自行研制的平均粒径５６．３μｍ的顺铂－白蛋白微球（ＣＤＤＰ－ＡＭＳ）１００ｍｇ（含ＣＤＤＰ１３．６ｍｇ），经舌动脉灌注治疗舌部鳞癌患者１１例，临床及病理观察，灌注后４周的病理标本已无癌巢及确切散在癌细胞，灌注后５～６周临床肿瘤创面已消失，但因患侧舌体有纤维组织形成，难于判定肿瘤瘤体变化，通过４例在灌注后未行瘤体切除病例半年以上观察，肿块消失，舌体柔软。提示本法可作为舌癌综合治疗行之有效的方法之一
