目的研究不同产地黑籽重楼中10种重楼皂苷的含量。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,Kromasil RP-C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃。氮气流速1.6 L.min-1,检测器漂移管温度45℃。结果测定了黑籽重楼药材中10种皂苷的含量,在线性范围内线性关系良好(r2>0.9998)。结论所用方法测定重楼皂苷准确,重复性好,可作为黑籽重楼药材质量控制的方法。
Objective To study the content of ten kinds of polysaccharide in the reeds of black seeds in different areas. Methods HPLC-ELSD was performed on a Kromasil RP-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water gradient at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a column temperature of 30 ° C. Nitrogen flow rate 1.6 L.min-1, detector drift tube temperature 45 ℃. Results The contents of 10 saponins in Rhizoma Imperatae were determined. The linearity was good (r2> 0.9998). Conclusion The method for determination of saponins resplendent accurate, reproducible, and can be used as a method of quality control of black seed re-establishment.
