改革开放以来，内蒙古畜牧业经济获得了空前的发展，对支持自治区经济建设、改善人民生活做出了重要贡献，但将其放入自治区乃至全国经济的总体中进行比较，却不难发现其自身存在的一些问题和矛盾，如何解决内部问题和矛盾，使畜牧业发展适应经济规律，已成为决定内蒙古畜牧业兴衰的因素。我们在实际调研的基础上，充分利用第一次农牧业普查资料，运用定性和定量分析相结合的方法，寻找制约内蒙古畜牧业发展的主要因素，探索畜牧业产业化与市场经济的结合点等，力求提出我区畜牧业产业化发展的对策。即从培养市场、选择主导产品和产业、扶持龙头企业、建立商品基地等入手，结合政策、法律手段，积极推进具有地方特色的畜牧业产业化方面，使内蒙古畜牧业得到较快地发展 Since the reform and opening up, the economy of livestock husbandry in Inner Mongolia has achieved unprecedented development. Based on the actual research, we make full use of the first census data of agriculture and animal husbandry, and apply the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to find the main factors restricting the development of animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia and explore the combination of animal husbandry industrialization and market economy Etc., and strive to put forward the countermeasures of the industrialization of animal husbandry in our district. From the aspects of training the market, choosing the leading products and industries, supporting the leading enterprises and establishing the commodity bases, etc., combining with the policies and legal measures, we should actively promote the industrialization of the livestock husbandry with local characteristics so that the livestock husbandry in Inner Mongolia can develop rapidly
