我院自1988年10月～1959年12月采用UFTM 方案和UFTM 加PDT(光动力学)联合治疗的方法对60例进展期胃癌患者随机分两组行对比观察,每组30例。方法:UFTM 组:丝裂霉素6mg 加生理盐水30ml 静推,每周一次,连用6周;优福定每天3次口服,每次0.486,连服6周为一疗程。休息1～2个月后可重复。联合治疗组:UFTM 方案同上,光动力学治疗:应用浙江大学和浙江医疗器械研究所MJZ-1型脉冲治癌机之红光,波长为630mm,平均功率密度360～420mw/cm~2。治疗前静滴光卟啉(YHPD)(按每公斤体重3～5mg 计算,注射后须注意避光),分别于注射后24h、48h、72h 行光动力学治疗.方法:将柱形光纤经内镜活检通道导入,插于病变部位,按病灶
