建立了工作场所空气中2-甲氧基乙醇(EM)、2-乙氧基乙醇(EE)、2-丁氧基乙醇(EB)的溶剂解吸气相色谱同时测定法。采用活性炭管采集,溶剂解吸,毛细管色谱柱分离的气相色谱(FID)测定方法。EM、EE、EB在本方法规定的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限均为0.50 mg/L,最低检出浓度均为0.67 mg/m3(以采集3.0 L空气计)。相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%~1.8%(n=6),平均解吸效率为97.3%~101.1%,样品在室温下至少可保存7天。该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,操作简单,适用于工作场所空气中EM、EE、EB的同时测定。
Simultaneous determination of 2-methoxyethanol (EM), 2-ethoxyethanol (EE) and 2-butoxyethanol (EB) in workplace air by solvent desorption gas chromatography was established. A gas chromatography (FID) method was used for the collection of activated carbon tubes, solvent desorption and capillary column separation. The linearity of EM, EE and EB in the range of the method was good, the correlation coefficients were all above 0.999, the detection limits were both 0.50 mg / L, and the minimum detectable concentrations were both 0.67 mg / m3 ). The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 0.4% to 1.8% (n = 6), and the average desorption efficiencies ranged from 97.3% to 101.1%. The samples were stored at room temperature for at least 7 days. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good precision and simple operation, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of EM, EE and EB in the workplace air.
