一、课程开发的背景有学者对最近20多年来在国内专业期刊发表的关于我国青少年心理健康的论文进行统计分析,发现我国青少年心理健康状况不仅没有明显改善,反而还有所下滑。虽然不能仅以此就否定20多年来学校心理健康教育的成绩和进展,但是如何加强和改善未成年人心理健康教育并且提高教育有效性,已成为所有学校心理健康教育、同仁都要面对的课题。
