新的卷宗我面前摆着一叠新送来的卷宗。随手翻了一下,都是一些重大的火灾简报,其中有一份引起了我的注意:1980年5月初,某化工厂水汽车间循环水冷却塔顶部的遮阳棚在施工时,因气割落下的熔渣烧穿石棉布落人冷却塔,引燃了聚丙烯填料,酿成特大火灾。我国自行设计、自己制造的第一套三十万吨合成氨装置附设的十只冷却塔有四只被烧毁、一只被烧坏。烧毁聚丙烯填料一百吨……损失近六十万元。……“又是用火不懊,引起火灾”。我合上卷
