目的探讨C形臂X射线机的辐射防护措施并证实放射防护的重要性。方法通过现场调查与防护检测,评价C形臂X射线机辐射及工作人员的防护情况。结果C形臂X射线机床边工作人员受照剂量检测均值超过国家标准规定的限值。结论C形臂X射线机存在辐射防护问题。采取屏蔽防护、时间防护和距离防护等综合措施,是降低工作人员受照剂量的有效方法;而通过有效方案减少患者射线辐射量(在不影响透视效果前提下)是受检者防护的关键所在。
Objective To explore the radiation protection measures of C-arm X-ray machines and confirm the importance of radiation protection. Methods By field investigation and protection testing, the radiation of C-arm X-ray machine and the protection of staff were evaluated. Results C-arm X-ray machine tools under the staff dose detection mean exceeded the national standard limits. Conclusion The C-arm X-ray machine has the problem of radiation protection. Adopting integrated measures such as shielding, time protection and distance protection is an effective way to reduce the dose received by the staff. The effective way to reduce the patient’s radiation dose (without affecting the perspective effect) is the key to the protection of the subject .
