在半导体激光阵列侧面泵浦的NdYLF激光器中,利用声光调制器控制激光单向运转,消除空间烧孔效应,获得单纵模输出,通过预激光调Q获得脉宽为50ns,能量为1.2mJ的单纵模输出,理论分析的结果在实验上得到很好的验证
In the side-pumped NdYLF laser, a one-way laser is controlled by an acousto-optic modulator to eliminate the hole burning effect and obtain a single longitudinal mode output. The pulse width is 50 ns and the energy is 1 by Q-switching. 2mJ single longitudinal mode output, the theoretical analysis of the results obtained in the experiment is well verified
