随着全球化的深层次推进必然给草原文化带来冲击,如何在全球化和民族化之间保持平衡,是摆在蒙古族高等教育面前的严峻的课题。在全球化背景下,草原文化具有增强蒙古族的凝聚力、提高蒙古族民族精神、培育蒙古族的文化自觉意识、强化蒙古族的民族认同意识等育人价值。因此,蒙古族高等教育要传承草原文化,具体体现在目的、功能和传统等方面。
With the deepening of globalization, it is bound to bring impact to grassland culture. How to maintain the balance between globalization and nationalization is a serious issue before Mongolian higher education. In the context of globalization, prairie culture has the educational value of strengthening the cohesion of Mongolian people, raising the Mongolian national spirit, cultivating Mongolian cultural awareness, and strengthening Mongolian national identity. Therefore, Mongolian higher education should inherit the culture of grassland, which is embodied in its purpose, function and tradition.
