中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤患者消化道霉菌感染56例，并与35例服用制霉菌素片治疗者进行比较。结果：服药后6d，中西医结合治疗组有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）、治疗组口腔白色膜、腹泻、舌苔厚腻等症状和体征缓解率均在90％以上、生活质量提高，Karuafsky计分100～70分的患者明显较多，其中80～70分者与对照组比较差异显著（P＜0．05）、提示中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤患者消化道霉菌感染疗效满意。
Integrative Medicine in the treatment of gastrointestinal fungal infection in 56 patients with malignant tumors, and with 35 patients taking nystatin tablets were compared. Results: The effective rate of Integrative Medicine group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) 6 d after taking the medicine. The symptoms such as oral white film, diarrhea, thick greasy tongue and symptom relief were all over 90% There was a significant increase in the scores of Karuafsky score between 100 and 70 points, of which 80 to 70 points were significantly different from the control group (P <0.05), suggesting that the curative effect of gastrointestinal fungal infection in patients with malignant tumor was satisfied .
