目的了解本科新生入学后的适应状况,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法应用《中国大学生适应量表》对864名本科新生进行问卷调查。结果男女生学习适应差异显著(P<0.01);独生与非独生子女人际关系、满意度、情绪、自我、校园生活适应及总分差异显著(P<0.01);城镇与农村生源学生人际关系、情绪、自我适应、满意度、学习适应及总分差异显著(P<0.01)。结论不同群体适应方面存在差异,应有针对性地开展本科新生心理健康教育。
Objective To understand the adaptability of undergraduate freshmen after admission and provide the basis for mental health education. Methods A total of 864 undergraduates were surveyed using the “Chinese Students Adaptation Scale”. Results There was significant difference between male and female students in learning and accommodation (P <0.01). There was significant difference in satisfaction and satisfaction, mood, self, school life adaptation and total score between only child and non-only child (P <0.01) , Emotion, self-adaptation, satisfaction, learning adaptation and total score significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion There are differences in adapting to different groups, and mental health education for undergraduates should be targeted.
