一九七六年十二月十二日至二十四日,我部在沈阳召开了航空工业工艺技术发展规划会议。航空工业的厂、校、院、所的工人、干部,技术人员以及有关省市国防工办的同志287人参加了会议。会议以阶级斗争为纲,学习了中央有关文件及中央领导同志的重要讲话,开展对“四人帮”反党集团篡党夺权罪行的揭发与批判;交流了近年来技术革新、技术改造工作的经验,参观了一一二、四一○厂技术革新成果;讨论研究了一九七六年～一九八○年航空工业工艺技术发展规划和一九七七年航空工艺技术革新、技术改造的工作要点。
From December 12 to 24, 1976, the Ministry of Commerce held a planning meeting for the development of aviation industry process technology in Shenyang. The aviation industry’s factories, schools, hospitals, workers, cadres, technical personnel, and 287 comrades from the provincial and municipal defense industry offices attended the meeting. Taking the class struggle as the keystone, the conference studied important documents of the central government and important speeches of the central leaders, launched exposing and criticizing the “Gang of Four” anti-Party clique and the crime of seizing power by the party, and exchanged experiences of technological innovation and technological transformation in recent years. Visited the technical innovation achievements of the 112th and 410th factories; discussed and studied the key points for the development of aviation industry process technology from 1976 to 1980 and technological innovation and technological transformation of aviation technology in 1977. .
