Although it is generally accepted that DNA and anti-DNA immune complexes play an important role in the pathogenesis of tissue damage in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus Role, but its existence in the loop remains a matter of debate. In this study, the authors examined the DNA and anti-DNA complex in 14 of 24 vials of plasma (7 of 11 patients) by antigen and antibody identifications.
