目的:建立GC法同时测定艾纳香油中β-蒎烯、芳樟醇、樟脑、L-龙脑、β-石竹烯5个成分的含量。方法:采用HP-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),程序升温(初始温度70℃,保持2 min,以5℃·min-1升温至最终温度150℃,保持2min),FID检测器温度240℃,进样口温度240℃,载气为高纯氮气,流速6.5 m L·min-1,进样量0.6μL,进样分流比19∶1。结果:β-蒎烯、芳樟醇、樟脑、L-龙脑、β-石竹烯质量浓度分别在0.062 7~0.940 8 mg·m L-1(r=0.999 9)、0.031 4~0.470 4mg·m L-1(r=0.999 9)、0.141 8~2.127 2 mg·m L-1(r=0.999 9)、0.329 7~4.946 0 mg·m L-1(r=0.999 9)、0.178 8~1.788 7mg·m L-1(r=0.999 9)范围内具有良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.5%,99.7%,99.9%,99.7%,100.1%;各批次艾纳香油中β-蒎烯、芳樟醇、樟脑、L-龙脑、β-石竹烯5个主要成分的含量范围分别为27.3~56.5、16.1~23.0、83.6~186.7、192.3~255.3和82.8~185.1 mg·g-1。结论:该方法符合方法学验证要求,操作简便、准确,精密度、分离度良好,分析时间短,可用于艾纳香油的多成分含量测定及质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a GC method for simultaneous determination of 5 components of β-pinene, linalool, camphor, L-borneol and β-caryophyllene in the oil of Anemone. Methods: HP-5 capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) was used to program temperature (the initial temperature was 70 ℃, kept for 2 min, heated to the final temperature of 150 ℃ for 2 min at 5 ℃ · min- The detector temperature was 240 ℃ and the inlet temperature was 240 ℃. The carrier gas was high purity nitrogen with a flow rate of 6.5 m L · min-1. The injection volume was 0.6 μL and the injection split ratio was 19:1. Results: The mass concentrations of β-pinene, linalool, camphor, L-borneol and β-caryophyllene were 0.062 4-0 0.470 4 mg · mL-1 in the range of 0.062 7-0.940 8 mg · mL -1 (r = 0.999 9), 0.1418 ~ 2.127 2 mg · m L -1 (r = 0.999 9), 0.329 7 ~ 4.946 0 mg · m L -1 (r = 0.999 9), 0.178 8 ~ The average recoveries (n = 9) were 99.5%, 99.7%, 99.9%, 99.7% and 100.1% respectively for the 1.788 7 mg · m L -1 (r = 0.999 9) The main contents of 5 major components of β-pinene, linalool, camphor, L-borneol and β-caryophyllene in sesame oil ranged from 27.3 to 56.5, 16.1 to 23.0, 83.6 to 186.7, 192.3 to 255.3 and 82.8 to 185.1 mg · g-1. Conclusion: The method meets the verification requirements of methodology. The method is simple, accurate, precise, good separation and short analysis time. It can be used for the determination of multi-component content and quality control of Anemone oil.
