目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,HDP)预测分析系统(型号Sandao-Ⅱ,简称SD-Ⅱ型)对预测和干预治疗HDP的意义。方法抽取2009年1~9月在该院门诊产检的520例孕妇,对其进行SD-Ⅱ型监测仪监测,将结果预测阳性者分为干预组、非干预组两组,并对干预组实行早期临床干预,观察两组发病差异。结果预测阴性组为318例患者,发病率为2.83%(9/318),预测阳性组为202例患者,发病率为13.86%(28/202),且干预治疗组发病率为6.86%,远低于非干预组发病率24.00%,两者之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论SD-Ⅱ型监测仪是安全有效的预测系统,它通过对孕妇血流和阻力改变来预测HDP并早期干预治疗,有效降低HDP发病率,对减少母婴危害起到积极作用。
Objective To investigate the significance of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP) predictive analysis system (type Sandao-Ⅱ, referred to as SD-Ⅱ type) in predicting and treating HDP. Methods A total of 520 pregnant women who were outpatient clinics in our hospital from January to September in 2009 were collected and monitored by SD-Ⅱ monitor. The positive result was divided into two groups: intervention group and non-intervention group. Early clinical intervention, observation of differences between the two groups. Results The negative group was predicted to be 318 cases with a prevalence of 2.83% (9/318). The positive group was predicted to be 202 cases with a prevalence of 13.86% (28/202), with an incidence of 6.86% in the intervention group Lower than the non-intervention group incidence of 24.00%, there was a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The SD-Ⅱ monitor is a safe and effective prediction system. It predicts HDP and early intervention by changing the blood flow and resistance in pregnant women, effectively reducing the incidence of HDP and playing a positive role in reducing the risk of maternal and infant.
