为了降低刨花板生产中板坯的含水量,刨花板车间采用液体石蜡代替以前的石蜡乳液用作刨花板的防水剂,经过多次较系统的试验、获得成功,并已投入生产,效果良好。过去刨花板生产,一直是采用石蜡乳液作防水剂,不但工艺复杂,而且增加了板坯中的水份,给热压工序带来了困难,同时对刨花板的产量和质量都有较大的影响。我厂刨花板经过技术改造以后,由于预压改为连续式滚筒预压,故对施胶后刨花的挥发物含量提出了更高的要求,如挥发物超过15%,则板坯不能成型。预压前,刨花中的含水量主要有两个来源,一是刨花经烘干后余下的含水量,一是在施胶过程中加入的水分。烘干刨花中的一般含水量: 尿醛树脂胶加入的含水量为8%(含量60%,加量12%);石蜡乳液加入的含水量约为4—6%(含量20%,加量1—1.5%)。
In order to reduce the moisture content of the slab in the production of particleboard, the particleboard workshop uses liquid paraffin instead of the previous paraffin emulsion as a waterproofing agent for particleboard. After several systematic tests, it has been successful and has been put into production with good results. The past particleboard production, paraffin emulsion has been used as a waterproofing agent, not only the complexity of the process, but also increase the water in the slab, hot pressing process has brought difficulties, while the particleboard production and quality have a greater impact. After the technical transformation of our factory particleboard, due to the pre-pressure into a continuous drum preload, so after sizing the volatiles content of shavings put forward higher requirements, such as volatile more than 15%, the slab can not be formed. Pre-pressure, shavings in the water content of the main two sources, one shavings after drying the remaining moisture content, one in the sizing process to join the water. Dry wood shavings in the general water content: Urea-formaldehyde resin to join the water content of 8% (60% content, plus 12%); paraffin emulsion to join the water content of about 4-6% (content of 20% 1-1.5%).
