通过剥离和拉伸-剪切试验研究了铝锂合金(1420)和钛合金(TA1)的异种压印T型和单搭接头的力学性能,获得了每组接头的载荷-位移曲线和能量吸收直方图。结果表明,TA1-1420接头的成形质量优于1420-TA1接头;单搭接头失效载荷远大于T型接头,T型接头失效位移远大于单搭接头。因此,TA1-1420接头更适合对承载能力和缓冲抗震要求较高的结构;T型接头更适合小载荷大位移的结构,单搭接头更适合大载荷小位移的结构。
The mechanical properties of X-Al alloy (1420) and titanium alloy (TA1) were investigated by peel and tensile-shear tests. The load-displacement curves and energy absorption of each group of joints were obtained Histogram. The results show that the forming quality of TA1-1420 joint is better than that of 1420-TA1 joint. The failure load of single-lap joint is much larger than that of T-joint. The failure displacement of T-joint is much larger than that of single-lap joint. Therefore, the TA1-1420 joint is more suitable for the bearing capacity and shock-absorbing structure with higher requirements. The T-joint is more suitable for the structure with small load and large displacement, and the single-lap joint is more suitable for the structure with large load and small displacement.
