镶硬质合金刀齿的高速端铣刀是平面加工中先进的刀具,按其构造可分为各齿单独磨刀 (体外刃磨)与装齿後整体磨刀(体上刃磨)二种。装齿後磨刀的方法在保证刀齿振摆上是可 靠的,但这种方法也有缺点,如磨刀困难,需要设备各种尺寸、各种刀具材料、刀具几何形 状的许多刀具。与此相反,体外刃磨的方法在磨刀上操作简便,可以减少刀齿和刀体的设备 数量,使这种刀具能广泛应用在小批生产中,但它在保证振摆上不及前者。 作者在本文中对体外刃磨的装齿方法,及其所能达到的振摆差,切削性能和它的经济性 进行了一些试验和分析,供讨论参考。
High-speed end mill with carbide cutting teeth is an advanced tool in plane machining. According to its structure, it can be divided into two types: individual sharpening (external sharpening) and rear sharpening (body sharpening) .
