受教育者主体能动性的确证,是德育工作顺利开展以及取得实效性的逻辑起点。对于受教育者的主体能动性问题,以往我们对智力因素给予了过多的关注,而对在这个过程中起着非常重要作用的非智力因素关注不多。兴趣、动机、情感、意志等非智力因素水平对德育实效性具有重要影响。要通过提高非智力因素水平,进一步发挥受教育者主体的能动性,从而增强德育工作的实效性。
Corroboration of the motivation of the main body of educators is the logical starting point for the smooth implementation of moral education and its effectiveness. In the past, we had given too much attention to the intellectual factors for the subjective initiative of the educated, but we did not pay much attention to the non-intellectual factors that played a very important role in this process. Interest, motivation, emotion, will and other non-intellectual factors have an important impact on the effectiveness of moral education. It is necessary to further develop the initiative of subjects who are educated by raising the level of non-intelligence factors so as to enhance the effectiveness of moral education.
