为实现压铸模具的自动分模,提出了压铸模分型面混合设计方法。该方法结合了规则设计和实例推理技术。首先依据分型线的特征,对其进行分类。然后对平面分型线采用规则设计的方法生成分型面,对空间分型线需采用实例推理技术进行设计,并对实例推理中的关键技术进行了详细论述。最后以UG为开发平台,进行了压铸模分型面混合设计系统的开发,并进行了实例测试。结果表明,该系统是有效和实用的。
In order to realize the auto-parting of die-casting molds, a hybrid design method of die-casting parting surface is proposed. The method combines rule design and case-based reasoning techniques. First of all, according to the characteristics of classification lines, to classify them. Then, the parting line is generated by the method of regular design on the parting line of the plane, and the reasoning technology is used to design the space subdivision line. The key technologies in case - based reasoning are discussed in detail. Finally, UG as the development platform, the die-casting mold parting surface hybrid design system development, and conducted an example test. The results show that the system is effective and practical.
