目的 探讨马齿苋提取物对人红细胞膜氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 采用邻苯三酚自氧化产生的超氧阴离子自由基 (O· -2 )致红细胞膜损伤 ,以此为膜过氧化损伤实验模型 ,以脂质过氧化降解产物丙二醛 (MDA)、荧光偏振度和膜脂流动性 (MFU)为指标 ,观察马齿苋提取物对人红细胞膜氧化损伤的保护作用。结果 红细胞膜丙二醛 (MDA)含量明显降低 ,荧光偏振度P值明显降低 ,膜质流动性 (MFU)明显增大 ,其作用随剂量增加而增强。结论 马齿苋提取物对氧自由基引发的红细胞膜损伤具有一定的保护作用
Objective To investigate the protective effect of purslane extract on oxidative damage of human erythrocyte membrane. Methods The erythrocyte membrane was damaged by superoxide anion radical (O· -2 ) produced by autooxidation of pyrogallol, which was used as an experimental model of membrane peroxidation injury. Malondialdehyde (MDA), a lipid peroxidation degradation product, was used. Fluorescence polarization and membrane lipid fluidity (MFU) were used as indicators to observe the protective effect of purslane extract on oxidative damage of human erythrocyte membrane. Results The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in red blood cell membrane was significantly decreased, the fluorescence polarization degree P value was significantly decreased, and membrane fluidity (MFU) was significantly increased. Its effect was enhanced with increasing dose. Conclusion Portulaca oleracea extract has protective effect on oxygen free radical-induced erythrocyte membrane damage
