2014年1月,党的第二批群众路线教育实践活动正式开展。与第一批群众路线教育实践活动相比,第二批群众路线教育实践活动更贴近基层。开展群众路线教育实践活动需要巨大的成本,同时也会带来明显的收益。本篇论文以X县委党校为例,以成本——收益分析为主要方法,从经济学角度对群众路线教育实践活动开展思考,以期能对群众路线教育实践活动的有效开展起到一定的作用。
In January 2014, the second batch of mass line education practice by the party was officially launched. Compared with the first group of mass line education practice activities, the second batch of mass line education practice activities are closer to the grassroots level. Carrying out the mass line education practice requires enormous costs and significant benefits at the same time. This paper takes X County Party School as an example to take the cost-benefit analysis as the main method to think about the mass line education practice from an economic point of view, with a view to playing an important role in the mass line education practice.
