“8211”是我局1981年从老法国气生型菌株大床培育中分段提纯获得的高产、优质的双孢蘑菇,于82年试种和室内性状观察鉴定,同年参加省蘑菇菌株出菇对比试验。83年在区内多点推广约300万尺~2,平均单产1.41～1.86斤/尺~2,比其他气生型菌株增产2～3成。据厦门、漳州、宁德等六个试验点的介绍和开罐评定,36个试种菌株中8211、102—1等合乎制罐标准。我省84年推广的10个菌株中,8211菌株名列前茅,是我区主要当家菌种。现将8211菌株的生物学特性和罐
“8211” is a high-yielding and high-quality Agaricus bisporus obtained by our bureau in 1981 from the breeding of the old French aerial strain bed. It was appraised in 82 years and observed in laboratory.
