采用测定部分植株的方法对马尾松的遗传测定林进行测定,方法简单、省工,并能达到所要求的精度。该方法是在每小区选择一株最佳植株测定,经多次重复,估算出全部测定值。小区重复越多(最多8次)所测值越精确。对遗传参数估算无影响。遗传增益只须修正遗传力就能估算出。对初植的疏伐可采用选择性疏伐和随机疏伐相结合的方法进行,使林分结构更趋合理,而并不影响群体遗传结构的改变。
Using the method of determining the part of the plant, the genetic determination of Pinus massoniana forest was determined, the method is simple, labor-saving, and can achieve the required accuracy. The method is to choose the best plant in each plot, after repeated measurements, all the measured values are estimated. The more cells repeat (up to 8 times) the more accurate the measured value. No effect on genetic parameter estimation. Genetic gain can only be estimated by correcting heritability. The thinning of the initial planting can be carried out by a combination of selective thinning and random thinning to make the stand structure more reasonable without affecting the population genetic structure changes.
