目的:研究中西医结合联合超声引导脓肿穿刺治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年5月-2014年5月来本院就诊的90例阑尾周围脓肿患者,随机分为两组,每组各45例,对照组给予中西医结合保守治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合超声引导脓肿穿刺治疗,治疗7 d后观察疗效。结果:治疗7 d后,观察组总有效率97.78%,对照组总有效率73.33%,疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞恢复正常天数、疼痛消失天数、体温恢复天数及住院天数与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合联合超声引导脓肿穿刺治疗阑尾周围脓肿疗效比单纯中西医结合治疗效果更显著。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with ultrasound-guided abscess in the treatment of abscess around the appendix. Methods: Ninety patients with appendix abscess appearing in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 45 in each group). The control group was given conservative treatment with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. In the control group On the basis of joint ultrasound-guided abscess puncture treatment, after 7 days of treatment efficacy. Results: After 7 days of treatment, the total effective rate was 97.78% in the observation group and 73.33% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group, the number of normal days of leukocyte recovery, days of pain disappear, body temperature recovery days and hospital days compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of TCM and Western medicine combined with ultrasound-guided abscess puncture for the treatment of abscess around the appendix is more effective than the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.
