金属表面液膜厚度是影响蒸发冷却效率的重要因素,在其他参数相对稳定时,客观上存在一个最优液膜厚度。周期性补给措施是通过适时适量地补给蒸发所需要的水源,使液膜厚度在蒸发过程中维持在较高蒸发冷却效率对应的液膜厚度范围内。
The thickness of the liquid film on the metal surface is an important factor that affects the evaporative cooling efficiency. When the other parameters are relatively stable, there is an objective optimal liquid film thickness. Periodic replenishment measures the liquid film thickness by maintaining the liquid film thickness during the evaporating process at a high liquid film thickness corresponding to the higher evaporative cooling efficiency by supplying the water source needed for evaporation moderately and timely.
